Q. What do I need to be able to use the service?
A. All you need is a Broadband connection a modem and computer.

Q. Do I need to purchase any additional equipment?
A. The only thing you may want to purchase is a good headset with a microphone.

Q. We have an office where everyone likes a regular telephone on their desk, can we still do this?
A. Yes, there are many SIP phones available to you that operate much like the phones you currently use and can be purchased from us.

Q. I travel abroad a lot will I be able to use the service when i travel?
A. As long as you have access to a broadband connection you can make and receive calls from just about anywhere in the world.

Q. How long does it take to get setup?
A. We ask for 2 business days after you submit your request, but usually get it done in 1.

Q. I need something more than the plans you offer. Can you customize a plan for my company?
A. Absolutely, we can be very flexible and can build a solution to fit your business needs.

Q. I operate a telemarketing call center, can I setup an account with you? 
A. Sorry but the answer is No, we do not allow call centers.

Q. Can I send and receive faxes?
A. Yes, you can receive faxes that get sent directly to your email and you can send documents from your computer to another fax machine as well. If you want to send and receive faxes with a traditional fax machine this can be done with the use of an ATA device. These can be purchased from us as well for a nominal fee.

Q. Do you have someone that can professionally record my IVR and email greetings?    
A. Yes, we have talent on staff that can record your greetings. Just send us your script and we will provide you with a quote for this service and upload it to your system.
